6. Giveaways, Promotions & Contests
All giveaways, drawings, sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (“Promotions”) are offered solely by participating vendors, not by The Wedding Expo. Each Promotion is subject to separate terms, conditions, and official rules provided by the applicable Vendor at the time of the Promotion. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to the applicable Vendor’s official rules in addition to these Terms.
The Wedding Expo does not sponsor, administer, or assume responsibility for any Promotion, prize, award, or related obligation. All prizes, fulfillment, and disputes are the sole responsibility of the applicable Vendor.
Any interactions or transactions between attendees and Vendors are strictly between those parties. The Wedding Expo is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising from any Promotion or Vendor interaction.
The Wedding Expo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time, as permitted by law.
7. Use of Photographic & Video Likeness
By attending a Wedding Expo event, you grant The Wedding Expo permission to use photographs, video, and recordings of you taken at the event for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes in all media formats.
If you would like a specific image removed, please contact us and we will reasonably accommodate your request.
8. Animals / Service Animals
No animals are permitted at Wedding Expo events except service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state law.
Under the ADA, service animals are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under federal or California law.
Service animals must be leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless doing so interferes with their task or the handler’s disability prevents it.
